Legal service price list

I. Process Service

A. Big Bear Lake (Includes the entire valley) $35 for first 3 attempts, $10 per attempt thereafter
B. All areas not in Big Bear Valley $35 plus 0.35 per mile one way
C. Prices above are for each address
D. RUSH service $50 per address, plus mileage outside of Big Bear Valley
E. ASAP service $65 per address, plus mileage outside Big Bear Valley
F. Stakeout fees are $35 per hour.

II. Eviction Notices, etc

A. Filling out 3 Day, 30 Day, 60 Day , Cure or Quit notice, $15
B. Service of notice $35 per address plus mileage outside valley

III. Small Claims

A. Filling out, Filing, serving form SC-100, $200-$250
B. Serve only SC-100, $35 for first 3 attempts, $15 for each additional attempt
C. These prices are for local serves, for all other serves see section 1 above

IV. Courier Service

A. San Bernardino Courts $35 plus $5 per document filed or retrieved
B. Victorville, Riverside Courts $35 per 3 documents filed or retrieved
C. Los Angeles, Orange County Courts $45 per 3 documents filed or retrieved
D. Any filing fees or copy fees will be extra and added to the invoice..

V. Eviction

A. $700 from beginning to end of eviction. Includes:
B. 3 Day Notice, Filling out UD Forms, Filing, Serving, Obtain Judgement, Obtain Writ for Possession, Accompany Sheriff to Lockout.
C. At your request we will get the Money Judgement after the UD is complete. This will be a separate charge on a per case basis.
